Jeb Reece, President, Lincoln HS

Hello Indiana BPA! I’m Jeb Reece, your 50th State President! I am a senior at Lincoln High School in Cambridge City, IN. In school, I am involved with French Club, YES Club, Student Council, Academic Super Bowl, National Honor Society, and, of course, BPA. I play tennis and I like to think I’m pretty good at it! Outside of school, I am a 10 year 4-H member, a member of Youth as Resources, and an avid artist. BPA has been a huge part of my life since I joined the organization my freshman year of high school. I am honored to serve as your president and can’t wait to lead all of you to greatness! I am determined to make this year the best Indiana BPA has ever seen. Danielle Musser, VP Administration, Tri-County HS

Hi Indiana BPA! I am Danielle Musser, your 2016-2017 Vice President of Administration. I am a senior at Tri- County High School. This is my fourth year in Business Professionals of America. Outside of BPA, I am an active member of NHS, Student Council, SADD, Mentoring, and a part of our track team. I am also serving as NHS president, class president, and SADD Vice President. In my free time I enjoy shopping, reading, and traveling. I am extremely excited and honored to serve you this year! I can’t wait to make the 50th BPA year memorable for you!

Gillian Blessinger, VP Chapter Activities, Jasper HS

Hey there Indiana BPA, I'm Gillian Blessinger, your 2016-2017 Vice President of Chapter Activities. I am currently a junior at Jasper High School. I joined BPA two short years ago, and I have been learning and growing ever since. Besides BPA, I am a member of FCA, Student Council, and Spanish Club. I also play on the varsity golf team. I play golf for Jasper High School, and I also play with the Indiana Junior Golf Foundation. Also, on the weekends I lector and cantor at church. In my spare time, I babysit my neighbor’s children. A few of my hobbies include golfing, watching Chopped Junior, practicing my singing, and visiting with my friends and family. BPA has brought me so many amazing memories already, and I am so excited to make more. My main goal is to always work with a smile, and strive to make everyone happy. I hope you are ready to make some incredible memories this year Indiana BPA, we are going to have a great year. I can’t wait to meet all of you!

Nancy Cole, VP Member Activities, Blackford HS

Greetings Indiana BPA! I’m Nancy Cole, the former Region 3/6 President, and I am serving Indiana as the Vice President of Member Activities for the 2016-2017 year. This is my fourth year in Business Professionals of America. I am a senior at Blackford High School in a small town called Hartford City. I keep myself busy with BPA, 4-H, NHS, Band, and Tennis. I serve as the President of NHS and I am an active member of Grace United Methodist Church. I’m beyond excited to be a part of the 50th State Officer Leadership Team! This will be a year to remember!

Teren Smith, VP Communications, Avon HS

Hello Indiana BPA! My name is Teren Smith and I am your 2016-2017 VP of Communications. I am a junior at Avon High school. I have been in BPA since my freshmen year and, have since then gained a passion for it. I have been interested in leading others since I was young, and have had a lot of leadership experience along the way through multiple organizations. Some of my interests are Law and Business. I relish the idea of becoming a true business professional, while having my BPA family with me every step of the way. I take pride in serving and volunteering for my community as a whole, and work to find positive solutions in every way possible. I am excited to see what is to come this year! Abby Hervey, VP Public Relations, Heritage Hills HS

Hello Indiana BPA, I’m Abby Hervey your 2016-2017 Vice President of Public Relations. Residing from region 10, I am here all the way from Santa Claus, home of free sunscreen and tons of Christmas spirit. I am currently a senior at Heritage Hills High School, where I have been involved in BPA for four years now. I have served as my chapter secretary for two years and been head of many committees including my chapter’s involvement with CASA. Business Professionals of America has paved the pathway for my future and shaped the person I am today. I have developed leadership skills and built incredible friendships through BPA. Outside of BPA, I am involved in Student Council, National Honors Society, National BETA Club, Student Government, and our baseball team. Go Patriots! In my downtime, I enjoy traveling, reading and having board game nights with my friends and family. In the future I plan on attending Georgia Tech or Indiana University to major in Business Economics and International Policies with a concentration in Pre-Law. Along with my fellow officers, I am so excited for the 50th annual SLC. I can’t wait to get to know all of you better and share with you the same passion BPA gives me. Isaac Nellans, Region 2 President, Argos Jr./Sr. HS

My name is Isaac Nellans and I am a senior at Argos Jr./Sr. High School. Along with BPA, I enjoy spending my free time with friends and doing anything related to baseball. I am in National Honor Society, Eco Club, LEOS, FCA, and will serve as the treasurer for the class of 2017. I can’t wait to make this year great for my region and state.

Hello Indiana BPA. My name is Chain Percy. This year is my second year in BPA and my first year serving as the region 3/6 president. I am a senior at North Miami High School. I love soccer and I am the captain of my school’s team. I am in quiz Bowl, academic super bowl, FFA, Golf and BPA! I am a gamer and programmer. In my free time you will either find me reading a book, hanging out with my friends, or playing a game. I am looking forward to an exciting year.

Hello Indiana BPA! I'm Micah Lehe, and I'm honored and blessed to be serving as your Region 4/5 President. I'm a junior at Tri-County High School, and this will be my third year in BPA. Aside from BPA, I am an active member of numerous other clubs, including NHS, Band, 4-H, and FFA, where I currently serve as one of two chapter vice-presidents. I love spending my free time reading the Bible and classic literature, being with friends, and playing my French horn. I can't wait for an exciting year of service to you all.

I am currently a senior at Martinsville High School and have been involved in BPA since my freshman year. For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to be a lawyer and have found that BPA not only helps prepare me for my future career, but also with many other life skills. Hello there Indiana BPA! My name is Nathan Gulde and I am serving as your 2016-2017 Region 9 President! I am a senior at Lincoln High School. I have been active in BPA since my freshmen year. I am also a member of Academic Super Bowl Team, Student Council, YES Club, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Pep Band, National Honor Society, Tennis, Basketball, and Track and Field. I love to watch movies, be outdoors, travel, do volunteer work in my community, study history, and hang out with my friends. I’m also a bit of a computer geek! I hope to make the 50th year of Indiana BPA one worthy for the history books!

Hey Indiana BPA! I am Shelby Pund and I am your Region 10 President! I’m from Santa Claus, IN (yes, it’s always Christmas there) and I am currently a senior at Heritage Hills High School. Alyvia Koharchick, Region 11 President, The Academy of Science and Entrepreneurship

Hello! My name is Alyvia Koharchick and I am your Region 11 President for the 2016-2017 season. I am a junior at the Academy of Science and Entrepreneurship and this is my second year in BPA. I participate in other clubs and activities at my school such as Anime Club, Spanish Club, and theater productions my school holds. I enjoy displaying and selling my art on social media, playing the guitar, viola and ukulele, and I enjoy digital art. After high school, I hope to attend IUPUI's Harron School of Art and Design with a major of visual communications and a minor of sketching. I am looking forward to another awesome year in BPA!

Hi! My name is Haley Elgin and I am currently serving as Indiana’s Region 12 President. I have been in BPA for 3 years and am a member of the Lost River Career Cooperative chapter. I’m a senior at West Washington Jr./Sr. High School and am excited about continuing my business career by majoring in marketing after I graduate. Along with BPA, I am also involved in 4-H, Jr. Leaders, We The Youth, Drama Club, and National Honor Society. I look forward to representing my chapter, region, and state as an officer during the 2016-2017 BPA year.
