BPA 101 | If you are a first-year member or considering joining BPA, this presentation will provide an overview of the opportunities that are available with BPA! Topics that will be covered include the BPA mission, competitive events, ways to become involved, and all the benefits BPA has to offer. |
BPA Cares & Torch Award Programs | Zoom in on your potential! There are many ways to get recognized for your hard work in BPA by participating in the BPA Torch Awards and BPA Cares Programs. This session will help you get started on your path to earn recognition for your many community service activities. |
Building Your Resume | Whether you are building a resume to apply for scholarships or employment, we will provide tips and techniques to set yourself apart from the crowd! We will also cover how to write a cover letter and have a successful interview. |
Fruit Frenzy! | Take an exciting and fun character test to focus in on your personality and discover all the characters that make up a successful team. Find out your weaknesses, strengths, and the competitive events that might be the best fit for you. You might just uncover some hidden flavors about yourself that might catch you by surprise! After all, every great team is like a fruit salad -- each person brings his or her own flavor to make something extraordinary! |
Professionalism | Professionalism in the business environment can be broken up into three categories: attire, posture, and communication. This session will take a look at how you can present yourself in a professional manner in all situations. |
Social Media Etiquette | This session will focus on respectful and responsible online behavior. Key points include thinking before posting, avoiding sensitive information, and promoting constructive interactions. Additionally, we will emphasize the impact of digital footprints and the importance of privacy and professionalism. |
