2021-2022 Mission Statement:
We, the 2021-2022 Indiana BPA Officer Leadership Team, have set the objective to increase membership and participation within our organization by providing opportunities for personal and professional growth. We strive to serve our members by promoting recognition and spirit through competitive events and service-learning programs.
Hello Indiana BPA! My name is Shayna Morris and I am your 2020-2021 Indiana State President. I am a Senior at Lincoln High School and I have been involved in Business Professional of America since my freshman year. BPA has shown me how great this organization truly is, while increasing my leadership and speaking capabilities. I cannot wait to begin this year as Indiana BPA’s State President and develop even more skills with Indiana BPA. During the school year, the sports that I participate in are: track and field, golf, soccer, archery, and managing boys’ varsity basketball. Additionally, I am an active member in FFA, 4-H, Junior Leaders, Key Club, Spanish club, academic teams, National Honor Society, FCA, camp counselor, and of course BPA. Outside of clubs and sports, I thoroughly enjoy photography and I have a huge passion for animals. My name is Grace Gellinger, a senior at Hamilton Heights High School in region 4/5. I am the incoming Indiana Business Professionals of America Vice President of Administration, and am eager to serve at the state level. I am an aspiring business student who has interests in business law and ethics, marketing, management, and basically any field of business you can imagine! While I take interest in a wide variety of fields, after high school I intend to pursue a career in law as an attorney. I am immeasurably excited to serve on your state officer team, and I cannot wait to get to know Indiana BPA throughout the year. Feel free to reach out!

Hello Indiana BPA! I am Jasmeen Kaur and I am excited to serve you as your 2021- 2022 Vice President of Chapter Activities. This upcoming year I will be a Junior at Blue River Valley Jr./Sr. High School and this will be my fourth year in Business Professional of America (BPA). I was born in India and I moved to America at a very young age. In addition to BPA, I am involved in the Academic Team. I also work many hours for my family business. To broaden my variety of experiences and skills, I am now pursuing online IVY Tech Programs. Business Professionals of America has helped me gain leadership, professionalism, and opened paths to many opportunities. It has allowed me to achieve success both professionally and personally. Hello Indiana BPA! I’m Katie Lawrence, your 2021 - 2022 Vice President of Membership activities! I am a senior at Danville Community High School and I have been involved with Business Professionals of America since 8th grade. I have participated in graphic design, prepared speech, extemporary speech and was the secretary of the two-time national qualifying Parliamentary Procedure Team. I have been the President of the Danville High School Chapter for the last two years and look forward to taking the leadership skills I have learned thus far and continuing to hone them at the state level. Beyond BPA, I participate in Varsity Volleyball, Varsity Track, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, club volleyball, youth group and many volunteer activities. I am excited to serve on your BPA State Team and please don't hesitate to reach out, I would be happy to help out in any way I could.

Hi Indiana BPA! I am Alyanna Walsh, your 2021-2022 Region 1 President. I am a Junior at Hebron High School. During the school year, I am involved in the following clubs; Student Council, National Honor Society, and of course, Business Professionals of America. I also manage both of my schools Cross Country and Track and Field Teams, along with the Girl’s Basketball Team. When I am not busy with school, I enjoy hanging out with friends, baking, painting, doing makeup, and listening to music. BPA has presented me with so many opportunities and achievements, and I am so happy that I got involved with BPA! After high school, I am looking forward to double majoring in Biology and Accounting, and eventually the skills I have developed in BPA in the workforce. I am excited to serve as your Region 1 President and have an amazing year!

Hi Indiana BPA, my name is Kara Sabanski and I am so excited to serve as your 2021-2022 Region 2 President! I am a senior at Argos Community Jr/Sr High School and this is my fourth year in Business Professionals of America. BPA has provided me with so many opportunities and has helped me to become a better leader. Besides being involved in BPA, I am also involved in many clubs and activities my school has to offer. I am actively involved in National Honors Society, Sunshine Society, Student Council, cheerleading, and softball as well as holding leadership positions within all of these activities. I also love music and involved in band, choir, show choir, and musicals. In my free time I love playing with my puppy, watching Netflix, and traveling! After high school I plan on going to college to major in biology or chemistry, and then use my degree in the medical field. I am so excited for this opportunity and cannot wait for what this year has in store!

Hey Indiana BPA! My name is Jonathan Glenn, your Region 4/5 President! I am a senior at Hamilton Heights High School and plan to directly admit to IUPUI’s Kelley School of Business in the Fall of 2022, and major in Professional Sales. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and experiencing all of the activities the outdoors has to offer, such as camping and traveling. I am extremely excited to serve as your Region 4/5 President this BPA year, 2021-2022!

Hello Indiana BPA! My name is Emma Eastlund and I am your 2021-2022 Region 7 President! I am a senior at North Vermillion Jr./Sr. High School. This will be my third year involved with Business Professionals of America. Besides being involved in just BPA, I am a part of many different school clubs and activities, such as: show choir, high school softball, travel softball, basketball, varsity girls basketball manager, Students Against Destructive Decisions, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and National Honor Society. I have done many volunteer hours such as donated blood, worked cross- country meets, and volleyball games. Outside of school, I am either with my family, friends, or playing softball. After high school, I plan on attending college in Tennessee. I am still undecided on which university, but plan to pursue a degree in Occupational Therapy while continuing my softball career as well. I am beyond thankful to have this opportunity, and cannot wait to see what we can all achieve together.

Hello Indiana BPA! My name is Diana Delgado-Lopez, I am a Senior at North Central High School/J. Everett Light Career Center. I am Mexican/American and fluent in both English and Spanish. This will be my second year involved with Business Professionals of America (BPA) and I am extremely excited to be the Region 8 President. Other than BPA I am involved in student council, and on the Women’s Tennis Team. Outside of school I am involved in a youth group, and teach a Kindergarten Sunday School Class at my church. I love listening and dancing to music because it always brings me joy. I also enjoy painting and spending time with my friends and family. In the future, I plan to pursue a career in Law or in Business and I plan to travel to different places and learn about different cultures.

Hello Indiana BPA! My name is Leah Foster and I am excited to serve you as the 2021-2022 Indiana Business Professionals of American (BPA) Region 9 president! This upcoming year I will be a Junior at Blue River Valley Jr./Sr. High School and this will be my fifth year in BPA. I had the honor to serve on my local BPA Chapter last year as well. I also participate in French Club, Academic Teams, Tennis, Cheerleading, and Volleyball. Outside of school I love reading, fashion and learning about new places. Through BPA’s many opportunities I have found a voice and what it means to be a leader. I am so grateful for what I have learned over the years and I cannot wait to help all of you through your BPA journey. I hope to help make this a great year for Indiana BPA. Hello! My name is Kara Neyenhaus and I am your 2021-2022 Region 10 President. This will be my third year as an active member of Business Professionals of America and my second year as an officer. I am currently in my senior year at Perry Central High School. In my years of BPA I have grown so much in confidence, learned to explore outside of my comfort zone, and continue to make excellent friendships. Outside of school I love to go hiking, volunteer, play with my dog, and bake. BPA has taught me many skills that I will continue to use throughout my life after high school. My passion for working with children has led me to want to pursue a degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Development. Hi Indiana BPA! I am Isabelle Banet, your 2021-2022 Region 12 President! This upcoming year, I will be a senior at North Harrison High School. I am involved in Unified Track, Student Council, National Honors Society, Student Athletic Council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Business Professionals of America, LEO Club, Students Against Destructive Decisions, and Renaissance. Outside of school I am a barista at Starbucks! In my free time you will find me singing and playing guitar. After high school I plan to attend Vanderbilt University while studying abroad as I major in education!
